I’m Kim, owner of Kona Coast Mobile Massage. I am passionate about healing and bodywork and am thrilled to be working on the Kona Coast on this beautiful island of Hawaii. If I had to describe my massage in a couple of words, it would be thorough and nurturing.

I moved to Kona, Hawaii, in 2005 after five years as a corporate paralegal and two years as an English teacher in Macedonia for the US Peace Corps. While waiting for my Peace Corps assignment, I worked in a beauty and wellness retail store where I learned the powerful gift of touch by giving chair and hand massage. After returning to the US, I moved to Kona to study medical massage at the Hawaiian Islands School of Body Therapy & Wellness and received my certification in 2006. In addition to working in highly ranked spas, including Hualalai at the Four Seasons and Kukio Spa, I have worked with private clients in Kona since 2006.

When I am not working on clients, I am busy being a wife and a mom to two young children. Connecting with the community is essential to me. I am the leader of a Girl Scout troop and bring my belief in the importance of health and wellness thru teaching young girls. As an active and involved parent at my children’s school, I have had numerous opportunities to connect with parents and teachers to spread the word about the importance of taking care of oneself. I believe that every life is a blessing, and I am fortunate to help others thru my profession as a massage therapist.
